Leaders of tomorrow are able to recognise, acknowledge and action their blind spots. We all have biases, but how we choose to act on them is a choice that we make on a daily basis.
Module 3 – Curiosity is the key
Curiosity is the ability to be inquisitive, to explore and to investigate. This module explores the ways that leaders of tomorrow tap into their curiosity to get the best out of their diverse teams.
Module 4 – Clear vision and communication
Articulating a clear vision of future success is imperative if leaders are to ensure that their teams are on the journey of change with them.
Module 5 – Creating a shared culture of respect and inclusion
A shared culture of respect and inclusion is the best tool that leaders have in ensuring success, not just for today, but well into the future. This module explores the practical steps that leaders can take to build a collaborative and inclusive culture.
