Inclusive leaders are not born – they develop, little by little, day by day. This 5 module comprehensive e-course covers the practical steps that managers can take each day to develop into inclusive and successful leaders.
Module 1 – Getting back to basics
Diversity and inclusion are well known phrases, but what do they actually mean? Module 2 – How inclusive are you?
To understand what a leader needs to focus on to become more inclusive, requires an understanding of how inclusive they currently are.
